Our confident women sessions are 2hr workshops designed to help women improve their confidence in specific areas. Each workshop will run from 10.30 - 12.30  each month. There are only 8 places available on each session.
 
Venue : Top2Toe, DW Sports Fitness, Stadium Way, Wigan, WN5 0UN

Workshop Fees  £10 per session
  
Session One:      Say NO with confidence
Thursday 21st January - Our aim is to consider situation in which women find it difficult to say No. Explore why we find it difficult and develop strategies to help you speak up for yourself in the future.

Session Two:    Dress with confidence                                                  
Thursday 11th February - Discover how to use your clothes to gain more confidence.
 
Session Three:    Complain with confidence                                        
Thursday 18th March - Discover how to complain positively in person or in writing.  
 
Session Four:      Confidence with money
Thursday 15th April - Provides an opportunity to understand everyday finanial advice ensuring you can manage your finances with confidence.
 
Session Five:       Confidence with your body
Thursday 13th May - Learn how to love the body you have got, and change that which you dont like about it.

Session Six:         Run your car with confidence                                       
Thursday 10th June - Discover what's under your bonnet and learn how to maintain it.
 
Session Seven:      Have confidence in complementary therapies            
Thursday 8th July - Consider how complementary therapies may benefit you in every day situations.
 
Session Eight:        Apply make-up with confidence
Thursday 12th August - Learn how to apply make-up creating maximum confidence in your appearance.
 
Session Nine:         Healthy confidence
Thursday 9th September - Gain confidence in your health by taking a good look at your lifestyle and how it helps or hinders you.
 
Session Ten:          Public speaking with confidence
Thursday 14th October - Learn how to hold your own in all social situations.
 
Session 11:            Handle Christmas with confidence
Thursday 11th November - Make plans for the kind of Christmas you really want.
 
Session 12:            Total confidence
Thursday 9th December - Ensure you maintain a high level of confidence.
